Katherine Makoyana is another artist whose galleries have caused me to waste much time.
This piece with Anubis weighing the human heart against the feather of Maat, while Thoth records the result is pretty fine.
I especially live the incorporation of Maat herself as the “scales”. A very interesting take on the immediate afterlife ritual.
These truly are fantastic interpretations.
