I always find it humorous when artists inclde Ammit in works with Anubis, especially when it appears that she’s in a “pet” capacity.
This Anubis and Ammit are quite wonderful.
Ammit isn’t really a goddess, per se, in the sense she had any cult activity. In fact, she was a relatively recent addition to Kemet religion, appearing during the New Kingdom, when many things changed in the state religion.
I very much despised how Marvel depicts the character.
Then again, I dislike most modern depictions of the Deities and stories of Kemet and Hellas.
