I’m a huge fan of the original Tron as well as the 2010 follow-up Tron: Legacy. Tron: Ares not-so-much since it had nothing to really do with the prior stories.
Anyway, Hasbro Pulse is releasing this 1/6 set that is actually really pleasing to look at and would make great dust collectors on my shelves.
$139.99 + Shipping + Tax is a bit much though. It would probably put them around $40 or so a figure.
Quorra looks fantastic, but I think I like her non-smirk head. Rinzler is fine, but since we never really saw his read identity as a corrupted Tron, I’m not sure if I’d ever put the “Alan” head on him. I really don’t care about the Clu figure though. If this has been swapped out for Sam, and Rinzler for Zuse, I probably would’t have thought twice about dropping the money down.
Still may. It is a pre-order that won’t ship until December.
