Just finished binging Dylan Huynh’s fantastic multi-part Historic US Route 66 trip.
Damn there was some good looking food along the way.
But the 72 oz. (2.04KG) steak challenge on Day 3 in Texas was just never gonna happen. I would have been totally shocked if he came anywhere near accomplishing that.
That said, I’ve love to see Beard Meats Food tackle that challenge the next time he’s driving around the US.
I hate being in vehicles for long swaths of time so I’m not sure I could do such a road trip anymore, but doing it in an RV and not a typical car would make a huge difference.
But the cost of gas and RV rental?
That’d be some bad craziness there.
