In my search for ever more great Anubis interpretations, I stumbled across this image and immediately knew what is was.
A great illustration of Mr. Jacquel and Mr. Ibis and Bast from Neil Gaiman’s novel American Gods. Well, I suspect the are going for the tv adaptation.
It has been years since I read it.
I watched some of the first season of the television adaptation, but I seem to recall it being on a little watched streaming service and I don’t think it reached a very large audience. Not sure how well it turned out.
