I like the image but would Tweek wear hot pants? (Asking for a friend.) Artist: jasonoki

2007 was a (mostly) good year for toy robots.
The Transformers: Animated series from 2007 was a lot of fun and the design aesthetic allowed from some really amazing figures. Blurr and Arcee being two of my favorites of the line. Alas, the gimmick for Shockwave turned him into just a shitty figure not even work posting.

If I had been born in Bharat, I have no doubts I would be Shaivite. Even as an ignorant small child I seemed drawn to Shiva, and as I grew older so much of Shiva just made sense to me, especially his Nataraja, or Lord of The Dance, form. Alas, I was not born in…

So much still to do.
I have so many ongoing projects. The big one is the rebuilding of my 79 Beetle’s engine. It is disassembled and I’ve started rebuilding it but my depression got in the way. Hopefully this summer.

Crisis on Infinite Creeks
I always love how artists try to interpret Tweek’s “eye twitch” in a static image. It has become so common in fan art it just becomes standard practice for Tweek. Artist: Goldepark I think. Account now private.

The Shins’ 2001 album Oh, Inverted World (20th Anniversary Remaster) A phenomenal debut album for a phenomenal band. This album has been in constant rotation for me since 2001.

Korean Hangul
I do not know Korean but I do belive that Hangul may just be the best looking alphabetic script system I’ve ever seen. The simplicity and minimalism is just beautiful to me.

A great fictional race of warriors!
The Acroyears are one of my favorite fictional races. There so much more Mantlo-esque development that could be done for them. And Shaitan in 2025? Oh how he could be written with such pathos. Artist: Butch Guice

Acroyear and Bug of the Micronauts
Two of my favorite comic characters of all-time: Acroyear and Bug of the Micronauts. I would so love to write a Mantlo-inspired Micronauts television series where I could deep dive into the cultures of Acroyears and Kaliklakians. Just looking at this brings me such joy! Artist: Butch Guice
