Olive’s “You’re Not Alone” (1997) I’ve been deep diving into their albums, but really this is still their strongest song for me.

The 20th Century Fox X-Men films are a crap shoot. Some are ok. Most are just meh at best. But this scene from a sucky one, X-Men: Apocalypse, is so incredibly well conceived and executed. And Annie Lennox too!

Green Day’s 2004 album American Idiot. A perfect album from beginning to end. It is 21 years old. How scary is that!
