One of my favorite bits on modern SNL is the Weekend Updates when Colin Jost and Michael Che swap jokes each has written. It is about as non-politically correct as one can get on American television these days. It is great! (Special appearance by Jost’s wife Scarlett Johansson too!)

R.E.M.’s 1984 album Reckoning. R.E.M.’s 2nd album. A promise of things to come. So. Central Rain and (Don’t Go Back To) Rockville are the songs that only the unedumacated masses are probably familiar with.
Crisis on Infinite Creeks
I only seem to have a few pieces by ccrabapples. Artist: ccrabapples

U2’s 1980 album Boy (2008 Remastered). Early U2 is the best. All the elements in their “sound” are there in most of the tracks on Boy and you get the vibe of what they would become by the early 90s.
Favorite Singles
XTC’s Sacrificial Bonfire (1986). Skylarking is one of my all-time favorite albums from beginning to end. But this track. Man. I love this track.
I love it.
Have I mentioned lately how much I love my basic little Oxo Mandoline slicer? Yes. I love it. And I still have all of the flesh on my fingers!!! In fact, I’m going downstairs to use it right now!

C + C Music Factory’s Things That Make You Go Hmmmm… (The Clivillés & Cole Pumped Album Mix)(1990) “Robbie Rob, break it down!”
The coffee mug is confirmation.
The only other image I seem to have by ouzai showing Tweek ready to box. At first I thought it was Kenny (hair color) but the coffee mug is pretty much Tweek confirmation. Artist: ouzai (https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/3931994)
Crisis on Infinite Creeks
I totally love this piece by ouzai. It it simultaneously rough and yet finished. Artist: ouzai (https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/3931994)
