One of the highlights of my collection is a custom G1 Shockwave made for me by designer Sewing Stars (https://www.behance.net/sewingstars) back in the ancient days of 2007. His base form is a Munny that has been modded. I so love him.

The 2005 Botcon Exclusive figures were all kind of shit. However, the redecos of Energon Tow-Line as Ratchet and Irondhide were nice. I’m especially fond of Ratchet and he’ll always be in what remains of my collection. I love the white and red look and translucent blue. The new head sculpt rocked!

I would like to personally thank everyone at re-Ascend Studio who worked on the version 1 2DLive version of me. Our many email conversations were very welcome. https://vgen.co/reascendstudio While I have much to learn, I have been dialing in settings and configuring optimal hardware in the hopes to maybe start use in May.

I love the original. I love sequel. I love the animated series. I want to like the concept of “Tron: Ares”. I really do. But the concept of anything from The Grid being able to come into the real world breaks any kind of verisimilitude. And then there’s Jarod Leto. Ugh!

It is funny to think that I used to go to local toy shows to sell Transformers with my other half. Here’s a pic of the starting setup for a 2009 show.

One of my holy grails that I actually got! He’s a beautiful exclusive that I paid quite a lot for back in 2007. He was the 1827th Transformer that I acquired. He won’t be for sale.

In another life, in the long ago, I was a Transformers toy collector with a somewhat popular blog https://plasticcrack.com. I think I’ll start posting a lot of my old gay robot photography as I start trying to finally purge these 4000 or so ‘bots. Sick of 15 years of storage unit payments.

I have no idea if this is a guy or a girl. All I know is that I have never seen anyone ever cosplay as The New Mutant’s Warlock before and this is just splendidly creative. While slightly humanoid, Warlock (and his race) are basically fluid techno-organic blobs! This is so f’n fantastic!!!
